Shhhhhh…it’s “feast” time

A new Tasmanian food and wine magazine is out, “feast” published by Independent Publishers – part of Fairfax Media, based in Launceston.

I received an email from Jenn Heggarty, Manager of the new glossy magazine about a month ago to include me in their first winter edition, as a complimentary issue. In this issue, there were a few articles with familiar faces and names…

… a front page article on Brain Ritchie, curator of the last MONA FOMA, on his thoughts on food in Tasmania

… article by Nola James, a blogger “Once A Waitress”, a journalist who once lives in Hobart and moves back to Melbourne

… article by Stephen Estcourt, a QC who is a passionate food and wine lover, a blogger “Reminiscence of a Food Tragic” blog

… and other articles on local producers.

It is a start up magazine and I sincerely wish Jenn Heggarty and Marcus Rossetto, Creative Director, the best in this competitive publication industry.

If you wish to know more about his magazine, you can contact Jenn either on 03-6336 1468 or her email address, jheggarty@independentpublishers.com.au
